This Privacy Policy explains how Only Greats LLC handles information when you use Card Advisor.

Information we collect

We receive your account identifier, email address, and optional display name from the sign-in provider. We collect card questions, card descriptions, uploaded images, purchase records, credit activity, advisor answers, support communications, security events, and basic technical information needed to operate and protect the service.

How we use information

We use information to authenticate users, deliver collector advice, process credits and payments, respond to support requests, prevent fraud, maintain audit records, improve the service, and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell your personal information.

Card photographs

Uploaded images are stored privately and are accessible only to the submitting user, authorized advisors, and service providers required to operate the application. We limit file types and sizes and may remove unnecessary metadata. Do not include faces, addresses, payment information, or unrelated personal details in photographs.

Service providers

We use infrastructure, identity, storage, security, analytics, and payment providers to operate Card Advisor. Payment details are handled by the payment provider; Only Greats does not store complete card numbers. Providers receive only the information reasonably necessary to perform their services and are governed by their own privacy terms.

Retention and security

We retain account, transaction, credit-ledger, request, and answer records while your account is active and as needed for legitimate business, tax, fraud-prevention, dispute, and legal purposes. Images may be deleted earlier when no longer needed. We use access controls, encrypted transport, private object storage, server-side authorization, audit records, rate limits, and other safeguards. No online system can guarantee absolute security.

Your choices

You may request access, correction, export, or deletion of personal information, subject to records we must retain. California residents may have additional rights regarding access, correction, deletion, and information about data practices. We will not discriminate against users for exercising applicable privacy rights.

Children

Card Advisor is intended for adults and is not directed to children under 13. Accounts and paid services require users to be at least 18 years old.
