Terms of Use

These Terms govern your use of Only Greats Card Advisor, operated by Only Greats LLC. By creating an account, purchasing credits, or submitting a request, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

1. Collector opinions—not financial advice

Card Advisor provides opinions from fellow collectors with years of hobby experience. The service does not provide financial, investment, tax, legal, grading, insurance, appraisal, or authentication advice. Nothing in an answer is a promise of profit, future value, liquidity, grade, authenticity, or sale price.

Sports-card markets can be volatile and thinly traded. Comparable sales may be incomplete, inaccurate, manipulated, private, stale, or unavailable. You are solely responsible for every purchase, sale, trade, grading submission, storage decision, and other action you take.

2. Limits of image-based review

Answers are limited by the descriptions, prices, photographs, screenshots, and other information you provide. Photographs can conceal alterations, surface issues, trimming, recoloring, restoration, counterfeit characteristics, and other defects. An image-based opinion is not a substitute for in-person inspection or review by a professional grading or authentication company.

3. Credits and requests

A standard question currently costs 10 credits and may include up to six images. Credit prices and request costs are displayed before purchase or submission. Purchased credits do not expire, have no cash value, are non-transferable, and may only be used through Card Advisor. Promotional credits may be limited, withdrawn for abuse, or subject to additional disclosed conditions.

Purchases and returned credits are governed by our Refund Policy. If we cannot reasonably fulfill a request, we may return the credits used for that request. Duplicate payments, unauthorized transactions, and legally required refunds will be handled according to applicable law and payment-provider rules.

4. Response timing and scope

Displayed response times are estimates, not guarantees. We may request additional information, decline questions outside our experience, combine duplicative submissions, or refund credits when a responsible answer cannot be provided. One submission should concern one card or one closely related decision unless a broader service is offered.

5. Your account

You must be at least 18 years old and provide accurate account information. You are responsible for activity performed through your account and for maintaining control of the identity provider used to sign in. You may not create duplicate accounts to obtain promotional credits, automate submissions, probe the service, interfere with other users, or use Card Advisor for unlawful or fraudulent activity.

6. Content you submit

You retain ownership of your content. You grant Only Greats a limited license to store, process, reproduce, and display submitted content as necessary to provide, secure, support, and improve the service. Do not upload images or information you lack permission to use. Do not submit payment-card numbers, government identifiers, medical information, passwords, or other unnecessary sensitive data.

7. Our content

The Card Advisor interface, answer formats, branding, and original written material are owned by Only Greats or its licensors. You may use an answer for your personal collecting decisions. You may not resell, systematically reproduce, scrape, or present our answers as your own commercial advisory service without written permission.

8. Service availability and changes

We may change features, prices, credit packages, or these Terms prospectively. Material changes will be presented for acceptance when appropriate. We may suspend accounts or access when necessary to protect users, enforce these Terms, comply with law, or address fraud and security threats.

9. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Card Advisor is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of accuracy, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or uninterrupted operation. Only Greats is not responsible for losses arising from market changes, counterfeit or altered cards, grading outcomes, seller conduct, third-party marketplaces, shipping, theft, or decisions made using an answer.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Only Greats’ aggregate liability relating to a claim will not exceed the amount you paid to Card Advisor during the six months before the event giving rise to that claim. Some jurisdictions do not permit particular exclusions, so portions of this section may not apply to you.

10. Governing law and contact

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Before filing a formal claim, you agree to contact us and attempt to resolve the issue informally for 30 days. Additional dispute-resolution terms may be added after legal review and prospective user notice.
